Rest, ice NSAID’s
If not resolving then 6 wks anaesthetic injection and physio

What is the diagnosis of a G/T injury?
Clinical
Can x-ray
What is olecranon bursitis?
The inflammation of the bursa at the elbow joint
What is the management of olecranon bursitis?
If non septic then rest and alagnesia with corticosteroid injection
If septic then aspiration and antibiotics
What nerve can be damaged in an olecranon fracture?
Ulnar
What is the most common dislocation of the elbow?
Posterior
What are the symptoms of an ulnar nerve injury?
Diffuse parestesia and tingling down the arm to the lateral little finer and 1/2 ring finger
What re the symptoms of an olecranon fracture?
Pain
Swelling
Erythema
Inability to extend the elbow
