DA: Annular ligament, lat aspect of olecranon, proximal 1/4 of post surface of radial shaft.
Inn: Radial n. C 6,7,8
Actions: Assists in extending the elbow
Brachioradialis
PA: Superior 2/3 of lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus, lateral intermuscular septum
DA: Distal aspect of lat surface of radius, proximal to styloid process.
Innervation: Radial C 5,6
Action: Flexes the elbow
Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus
PA: Inferior 1/3 of supracondylar ridge, intermuscular septum, lat epicondyle of humerus by CET
DA: Base of 2nd MC on dorsal lat aspect
Inn: Radial C6,7
Actions: Extends the wrist, radial deviation
Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis
PA: Lat epicondyle of humerus by CET, radial collateral lig, adjacent intermuscular septum
DA: Base of 3rd MC on dorsal lateral aspect
Inn: Radial C7,8
Actions: Extends the wrist, radial deviation
Extensor Digitorum
PA: Lat epicondyle by CET, adjacent intermuscular septum & antebrachial fascia
DA: Dorsal digital expansions of lesser 4 digits
Inn: Deep branch of radial nerve C7,8
Actions: Extends the IPs, MCP of the lesser 4 digits through dorsal expansion, wrist extension
Extensor Digiti Minimi
PA: LAt epicondyle by CET and adjacent antebrachial fascia
DA: Dorsal digital expansion of 5th digit
Inn: Deep branch of radial nerve C7,8
Actions: Extends 5th digit and wrist
Extensor Carpi Ulnaris
PA: Lat epicondyle by CET, post border of ulna, overlying antebrachial fascia
DA: Base of 5th MC at medially located tubercle
Inn: Deep branch of the Radial nerve C7,8
Actions: Extends wrist, ulnar deviation
