Not amoxacillin, Tx with Amox-clavulanate or doxy. Resp FQ for pCN allergies

Absence of cough - 1 \+ anterior cervical nodes - 1 Temp > 100.4 F - 1 Tonsillar exudates or swelling - 1 3-14 -1 15-44 - 0 45 and up - -1
Scoring centor scale
0 - Tx symptoms
1-3 RSAT - treat accordingly
4 - Don’t test, tx with antibiotics
Mono tetrad
fatigue, fever, pharangitis, lymphadanopathy
Kiesselbach’s Plexus
anterior portion of the nose where 90% of nosebleeds originate
