Usually occurs in a patient with a pre-existing skin condition e.g. atopic eczema or dermatitis. Virus enters through breaks in the skin and causes infection

Answer 3

Child that suffers with eczema develops a widespread, painful, vesicular rash with systemic symptoms such as fever, lethargy, irritability and reduced oral intake.
Usually will have lymphadenopathy
