Q

How to calculate the rate

A

Count the number of R waves in 6 secs (30 lge squares)
(1 lge square = to 0.2 sec)
Then multiply x 10 ( better for irregular rates)
Or count the number of large squares between 2 consecutive R waves divide by 300 (better for regular)
