  • Driving on a road
  • Attempting to drive on a road
  • MV collisions
  • Committed offence against the LTA 98
  • Anyone suspected driving a MV

Arrest them, caution them, take them to station, call doctor, prosecute on docs clinical observation.

Blood and alcohol levels

A
  • 20years under, 150mcg per L BREATH or 30mg per 100ml BLOOD- ION
  • 20years under, over 150 BREATH or 30 BLOOD- summons.
  • Over 400mcg per L BREATH or 80mg per 100ml BLOOD- disqualify and prosecute.
  • 250 but not over 400mcg BREATH or 50 but not over 80mg BLOOD- infringement, demerit 50
