results - CHICA - Cold intolerance, Hypotension, Infertility, Constipation, Amenorrhoea
investigation - raised urea (dehydrated), raised cortisol and GH, lower T3 FSH LH, hypercholesteremia, hypoglycaemia, anemia
Physiological Results of vomiting
erosion of teeth, enlarged salivary glands, calluses at back of hand, oesophageal tear
Investigatory results of vomiting
hypokalaemia, alkalosis, hyponatremia

Emergency - hospitalisation if v low BMI, suicide risk or electrolyte disturbance
