LPCI - after initiation, it is interlocked OPEN for 3.41 minutes to ensure MAX FLOW to RX CTMT Spray - if CTMT spray is initiated within the 3.41 minutes of a LPCI, it will cycle for the duration of the timer. After the timer, valve will close and remain closed to provide MAX COOLING.
