A
Women: low vaginal swab for NAAT test (or endocervical or urine test)
Men: first pass urine for NAAT

A
3 day
trimethoprim 200 mg BD
Nitrofurantoin 50mg QDS (or 100mg MR bd)

UTI abx for pregnancy
A
Avoid nitrofurantoin in 3rd trimester
Avoid trimethoprim in 1st trimester

7 day
ciproflaxicin or co-amoxiclav
