every 3yrs until 49, then every 5 yrs
Referral for breast cancer
- if 30 yo or older with unexplained breast or axilla lump
- if 50 yo or older with unilateral nipple sx
- If skin changes suggestive of breast cancer
Referral for bowel cancer
if 40 +wt loss + abdo pain
if 50 + PR bleed
if 60 + anaemia or change in Bowel habits
Referral for lung cancer
chest x-ray suggesting cancer
or 40 with unexplained haemoptysis
When can do a PSA screen
1 mo after proven UTI
1 wk after DRE
3 dys after ejaculation
