1. ECG and CXR in all patients
2. CTPA or V/Q scan
   - CTPA increases lifetime risk of maternal breast cancer
   - V/Q scanning slightly increases risk of childhood cancer.

MANAGEMENT:

1. S/C LMWH preferred
   - less bleeding and thrombocytopenia compared to IV Heparin.
