- Maternal age

MANAGEMENT;
A
- Resus
- O2
- Fluids with CVP monitoring
- Bloods
- FBC, U&E, coagulation, cross-match - Blood and FFP
- Transfer to ICU

CLINICAL FEATURES:
A
- Majority occur during labour but also during C-section and postpartum
- Symptoms: Chills, shivering, sweating, anxiety, coughing
- Signs: cyanosis, hypotension, bronchospasms, tachycardia, arrhythmia, MI
