Kornilov suspected Bolshevik revolution so marched on capital to establish mil dictatorship
Kerensky named him counter-revolutionary and Cossacks convinced his troops to step down
Bolsheviks seizure
After winter palace it was announced to Soviet Congress and a socialist government was agreed
Mensheviks and SRs walked out outraged by criminal action (allowed a majority)

All could vote (true democracy)
