A

A) Persistent pattern on inattention and/or hyperactivity, that interferes with functioning or development
-> Inattention: 6 of the 9 symptoms have to be present for 6 months (5 in adults)
-> Hyperactivity: 6/9 symptoms have to be present for 6 months (5 in adults)
B) Several Symptoms are present before the age of 12
C) Has to affect more than one setting
Subtypes:
1) Inattentive
2) Hyperactive

A

A) Exposure to (or threat of) violence to yourself or a significant other, or repeatedly experiencing traumatic events. (Only counts if exposure is repeated, work related, or involuntary.)
B) At least one intrusive symptom post-event, which is spontaneous, or induced by associated stimuli
-> Nightmares, dissociations, flashbacks etc.
C) Persistent avoidance of associated stimuli
D) Negative alteration in cognition and/or mood (Includes dissociative amnesia)
E) High arousal or irritability
F) Duration is longer than 1 Month
