anemia - skin pallor can mean anemia too

What is Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)?
A
- LVH without a clear secondary cause
- genetic cuase
- sx: typically asymptomatic, but can have dyspnea on exertion, fatigue, chest pain, presyncope, syncope, palpitations
*can lead to SCD, HF, MR, Arrhythmias
