A

Plasmin degrades fibrin/trypsin to form protease, plasminogen deposits fibrin as clot forms and dissolves after repair.

Modify coagulation, success in venous thrombosis causing low pressure and slow flow.
Modify platelet aggregation and clot/thrombus breakdown.

A

Aspirin - acute in first 24 hours before antiplatelet regime is established.
Dipyridamole / Clopidogrel.

A

Diminishes concentration of clot factors.

A

Heparin - IV immediate effect, activates anti-clot molecules.
Warfarin - inhibit vit K in liver to reduce assembling of clot factors so can’t form fibrin. Oral.
