Terbinafine**

A

Oral
-(250 mg po daily for 6 weeks for fingernail or 12 weeks for toenail
- risk of hepatotoxicity

Topical is Lamisil AT which is used for fungal skin infections

Sporanox
-oral
-200 mg po daily x 12 weeks or “pulse-dosing” (fingernails only): 200 mg BID x 1 week, 3 weeks off then repeat 1-week course

-BBW: avoid use in HF
