Dispense 300 mL
Swish & spit 5mL 3x/day for 2 weeks

Swish 5mL, Hold for 3min, Spit for 2 weeks

Dispense 30g tube
Dry area, apply 3x/day for 2 weeks

Take 1 tablet 3x/day for 5 days
