Epinephrine uses 1:1000
- anaphylaxis
- epi infusion for allergic reaction not responding to IM

adults: 1 duodote pen injector IM for mild symptoms; 2 more pens may be administered for more severe symptoms. Max 3 pens
pediatrics: for pts weighing over 41kg (90lbs) three pens may be used as well

- blood thinner in the event of a heart attack or stroke

methylene blue uses
- methemoglobin levels above 20% need to be treated, caused by nitrate inhalant or benzocaine topical
