Is a written order to a pharmacist by a licensed Veterinarian to prepare the prescribed medicine, affix the directions and sell the preparation the client.

It is a form of communication or instruction of a Veterinarian which represents the summary of the Vet’s diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of the patient’s illness

Prescription of drugs of mixture of drugs which are supplied by a pharmaceutical company by it’s official or propriety name and in a form that the pharmacist dispenses without pharmaceutical alteration.
