Dirofilaria treatment

2 options :
- 3 injections of melarsomine dihydrochloride in epaxial lumbar muscles (1st given initially, 2nd and 3rd => 4 weeks after the 1st, 24h between each). Also give ivermectie for microfilaria
- continuous prophylactic doses of ivermectie (can last up to 2 years)
After 6 months treatment, antigen test should be done
