・SE: abdominal pain, headache, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, clostridium difficile diarrhea, bone fractures

→ EX: any of the : “-prazole”

Histamine-2 Receptor Antagonists (H2- Blockers)

A

・TREAT: gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease (PUD)

・SE: constipation, headache, seizures (rare), gynecomastia (w/ cimetidine only)

→ EX: any of the : “-tidine”

・TREAT: insomnia, anxiety, agitation, seizures, muscles spasms, alcohol withdrawal

・SE: drowsiness/somnolence, headache, dizziness, confusion, fatigue

→ any of the : “-zepam” + “zolam” + 3 others (2 -zep-)

・TREAT: epilepsy/seizures, nerve pain, psychiatric disorders

・SE: drowsiness, mental slowing, skin rash, weight gain, liver toxicity, stevens-johnson syndrome (rare), increased risk of suicidal thoughts + behavior

→ EX: [G] GABAPENTIN , [B] NEURONTIN
