・TREAT: benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) , hypertension
・SE: orthostatic hypotension, dizziness, syncope, priapism

Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitors (PDE-5 Inhibitors)
・TREAT: erectile dysfunction, pulmonary arterial hypertension (revatio only)
・SE: hypotension, headache, epistaxis, priapism
→ EX: any of the : “-afil”
HMG-CoA Reductase Inhibitors
・TREAT: hypercholesterolmia
・SE: muscle aches, constipation, liver impairment, myopathy, rhabdomyolysis (rare)
→ EX: any of the : “-statin”
Anti-Arrhythmic Agents
・TREAT: cardiac arrhythmias
・SE: new or worsened arrhythmias, liver damage, visual disturbances, dizziness, fatigue, nausea/vomiting
→ EX: [G] AMIODARONE , [B] PACERONE
Anticholinergics
・TREAT: nausea/vomiting, vertigo, delirium tremens
・SE: “SLUDGE”, salivation, lacrimation, urination, defecation, glandular secretions, emesis
→ stuff I take for motion sickness/dizzy
EX: [G] DIMENHYDRINATE, [B] DRAMAMINE
Antibiotics
・TREAT: bacterial infections
・SE: diarrhea
→ “-cillin”, “-floxacin”, “-mycin” + 2 meds & 3 combos
EX: [G] AMPICILLIN/SULBACTAM , [B] UNASYN
Opioids
・TREAT: pain, cough
・SE: sedation, respiratory depression, constipation
→ EX: [G] OXYCODONE ER, [B] OXYCONTIN
