Appropriate draping provides 5 things, what are they?
- access to tx area
- protection (modesty/dignity)
- comfort/warmth
- protection of vulnerable sites
- protection of patient’s clothing
The best outcomes of draping occur when implementing

When draping a patient with linens, these 4 things must ALWAYS be done
- expose only one area at a time
- layering to minimize exposure
