- if isolated on any DMOS vehicle- 5mph max
Conditions and Speeds attached to any external doors not being able to close?
- Move passengers away from the affected vehicle- competent person to guard door
- Get adjacent line blocked

- Detrain at the next station
- brakes will need to be isolated on the affected vehicle
