Changes in the DNA sequence theses may be beneficial, harmful or have no effect

What is a harmful mutation?
A
Changes to the protein shape so it doesn’t work properly e.g. Sickle cell disease or haemophilia or cancer

A
It helps the protein work better than before e.g. Increased bone density, sickle cell
