Patient supine with camera POS
Already injected so use P-scope to position

Position patient and take immediate statics
POS, LPO, RPO
Delayed images at 1 hr, 4-6 hrs and/or 24 hours
SPECT possible at 2 hours
Elliptical 360°, 64 stops for 30 sec stop

Bilateral smooth uptake
Hepatic uptake

Non-visualization of one or both kidneys
Enlarged or decreased activity - pyelonephritis

Cold spots
Change in renal contour
Treatment
