Gross pathology
Study of microscopic change that cells, tissues, and organs undergo as a result of disease
Microscopic pathology (histopathology)
Pathology that uses clinical analysis and other lab procedures in diagnosis and treatment of disease
Clinical pathology
Study of functional change in the body as a result of disease
Physiological pathology
Study of disease to ascertain the cause and manner of death
