What is unconscious bias?
It relates to the association we hold which are deeply engraved and are outside of our conscious awareness and control.
How do you ensure you don’t act with unconscious bias?
Everyone has unconscious bias however this can be assessed through an Implicit Assumptions Test (IAT).

Savills has a diversity and inclusion board and also takes pride in its gender diversity. At savills blind interviews are also undertaken during the recruitment process to prevent unconscious bias.
