How do you select different forms of communication when dealing with different clients?
I would adjust my form of communication to best meet my clients needs, for example should the need a quick update on a marketing process I would phone them.
How would you define effective communication?
The process of exchanging through, ideas, opinion, knowledge and data so that a message is received and understood with clarity and purpose.
What do you think brings the most benefits, virtual or in person?
They both have equal benefits:
In person is more personable but can he inefficient.
Virtual is more efficient and sustainable but less personable.
What do you need to consider when negotiating?
My clients objectives and what outcome they would be happy with
What would you go into negotiations with?
A win-win position and a fall back position
Do you consider the method of communication when negotiation?
As I am typically negotiating on behalf of a client I consider face to face negotiations to work the best
What is a high openness?
When someone is assertive
What is a low openness?
When someone is passive.
