What is meant by the term unconscious bias
Unconscious bias is when people make quick judgments and assessments of people & situations without realising. These can be influenced by our backgrounds or personal experiences.

Depending on what is required for the project.

How are team members appointed?
A form of appointment. Terms of the appointment are to be set out in writing as soon as is practically possible, defining the scope of services that are likely to be required and the fee that will be charged for those services.
How are people appointed in AAP?

The Act provides a legal framework to protect the rights of individuals and advance equality of opportunity for all.
It has 9 main pieces for legislation
