It is considered the number and variety of species in an ecosystem.
What is diversity between and within an ecosystem?
It can be defined as the variety of different habitats, communities and ecological processes.
What is diversity within species?
It is the number of different species that are represented in a given community.
What is a population?
a particular section, group, or type of people or animals living in an area or country.
What is a community?
an interacting group of various species in a common location
What are patterns in species distribution?
On large scales, the pattern of distribution among individuals in a population is clumped. On small scales, the pattern may be clumped, regular, or random.
How to classify biological diversity?
Kingdom, Phylum, Subphylum, Classes, Order, Genus, Species.
