Where- disorientation in terms of memory and attention so you ask them questions to asses, what’s ur name, where are you

The- thought disorganisation, says things that don’t make sense , or will respond to a conmand completely unrelated (spitting when asked to raise their hand)

Hallucinations - generally visual vs schizophrenia where it’s auditory mainly

Energy - hyperactive or hypoactive (much more likely to go unrecognised)

Fluctuations - waxing and waning - very diagnostic vs dementia where it’s more stable
