13
Q

If you want to read the open circuit voltage, what should you do? Do you have to disconnect the thermopile from the gas valve to read open circuit voltage?
Why? (Direct Vent Style)

A

Open circuit - with system off, place multimeter leads on TH/TP and TP. You do not have to disconnect the thermopile from the gas valve to read open circuit.
