Having an excess amout fo body fat
What causes Obesity?
Caused by heavy intkae of junk food.

What is Osteoporosis?
When the bones become weak
due to low calcium & Vitamin D intake.
What causes Osteoporosis?
A diet low in calcium and Vitmain D
What is Sleep Apnoea?
A sleep disorder charaterised by mutiple non-breathing periods during sleep.
What causes sleep Apnoea?
Anything that could narrow air ways ( Obesity, large tonsils ot change in hormones levels).
What is Diverticular Disease?
Conditon in which bulging pouches in the gastrointestinal tract push the mucosal lining thought the surrounding muscle can develop diverticulaists.
What causes Diverticular Diease?
High blood pressure withing colon.
What is hypertension?
( high blood pressure) is when the prssure in your body vessels is too high.
What causes hypertension?
Smoking, overwieght, too much sodium, lack of physical activity, alcohol heardity & old age.
What is Atherosclerosis?
Hardening and narrowing of arteries due to build up of chlesterol plagues
What is causes Atherosclerosis?
May incluce high cholesterol and truglycerifes levels, HBP, smoking, diabetes, obestity, physical activity and eating sturated fats.
What is Aneamia?
When the body is unable to deliver enough oxygen to healthy red blood cells.
What causes Amaemia?
Blood loss, lack of red blood cells production and high rates of red blood cells destruction.
