What is Guideline 1?
To achieve and maintain a healthy weight, one must be physically active and choose the amount of nutrition in food and drink.
What is Guideline 2?
To enjoy a wide variety of nutritious foods from the five groups every day.
What is guideline 3?
Limit the intake of foods containing saturated fats, added salt, added sugar, and alcohol. Also limit the intake of foods and drinks containing added sugar, such as confectionary, sugar-sweetened soft drinks and cordials, fruit drinks, vitamin water, energy drinks, and sports drinks. Finally limit drink alcohol if pregnant.

Encourage, support and promote breastfeeding
