A

Saturated fats can be found in both sweet & savoury foods coming mostly from animal sources. Intake of too many saturated fats can cause - excessive weight gain, reduce stamina, limit flexibility & lead to health problems (CHD),(HBP)

A

Cholesterol is a type of fat found in the blood. Too much saturated fats = increased cholesterol.

A

Artificial hydrogenated fats and can be found in meat/dairy products. Made via an industrial process to increase shelf life but can cause high blood cholesterol & heart disease.
