Metabolism is the chemical reactions in your body
what is your metabolic rate?
Metabolic rate is the speed at which the chemical reactions in the body take place

Age, gender, genetics, exercise and proportion of muscle to fat
what does eating to much cause?
Obesity- arthritis, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure
what can eating to little cause?
Fatigue, poor resistance to infection, irregular periods, slow growth and scurvy
what are some inherited factors that affect health?
Under active thyroid gland and increased cholesterol
what should be in a health report to make it valid?
- A report from a scientific study
- Written by a qualified person
- Large sample to give valid result
- Other studies with similar results
what is the best way to lose weight?
To eat less fats and carbohydrates and to do more exercise
