What is it to be malnourished?
Fat or thin. People whose diets are out of balance
What leads to obesity?
Excess carbohydrate or fat. Bad diet , overeating , lack of exercise
What are the consequences of obesity?
Arthritis , type 2 diabetes , high blood pressure , heart disease , cancer
What does too much saturated fat in your diet do?
Increase blood cholesterol level
What does eating more salt do?
Makes blood pressure higher and causes heart problems
What problems can eating too little cause?
Slow growth , fatigue , poor resistance to infection and for women … Irregular periods
