~ Excess vs. Deficent

A

Excess: acute onset, short duration, increased frequency of bowel movement

Deficency: long duration, chronic onset, intermittent bowel movement

Mild: appetite still good ~ spleen/Stomach Qi still good

Severe: loose weight/emanciation, endless diarrhea, prolapse of anus

  4. Electro acupuncture-
    20 min chronic

  5. Hot salt therapy- St 5, Ren 4, Ren 8

  1. Diet- eat clean food, no alcohol, avoid sweet/greasy food
  2. Avoid EPF
  3. Regulate emotion
    If there is already diarrhea go on bed rest, keep warm, eat less, drink salty water
    *salt goes to kidney/ electrolytes
