  2. Medications: Pain Meds
  3. Supplements: Calcium
  4. Poor bowel habits: won’t go to washroom when they need to
  5. Not active
    * if no bowel movement in 7-10 days can lead to impacting in large intestine *

  3. Coating white slippery = Retention of Cold in Intestine
  4. Yellow thick greasy= damp heat in Intestine

7. Eat bananas and nuts to
