what may happen if type 1 diabetes blood glucose concentration spikes too high and what can we do to stop this from happening
may make them feel ill or kill them.
we inject them with insulin which us normally done into their abdomen or thigh.
what does the amount of insulin depend on
what they have eaten and how much carbohydrates it contains and sugars.
also how much exercise
they should exercise regularly
because muscles absorb more glucose from blood when exercising
