What are the YTT Cues For Bal-ansana (ba-la-suh-nuh)?
A
Kneel on hands and knees. Big toes together. Knees hip-distance apart. Sit hips back onto heels. Extend torso forward - laying stomach onto thighs. Shoulders roll forward. Forehead on floor. Arms by sides. Palms face upwards. Breathe into the back of your body. 5-10 breaths.
