how can development be managed?
before a country can start on a developing project they need to go through an Environmental impact assessment, this is a study undertaken to assess the impact on the environment of a development project. negatives and positives will be weighed out and if the negative impacts are too severe this could terminate the project.
how does development pollute the air?
we all have to some degree carbon footprint, and we influence carbon emission which pollutes the air and contributes to greenhouse gas and pollutes the air.
major contribution to this is coal-burning power stations, vehicles, industry, agriculture and other human activities.
