The wealth shared out equally among all the people of a country

The percentage of people in the country employed in primary occupations
Infant mortality
Number if children per year out of every 1000 born alive that die before the age of 1
Energy per person
The amount of energy which each person in the country uses per year

Number of patients divided by the number of doctors
Literacy rate
Number of adults who can read and write every 100 people (HDI)
Food intake
Number of kilocalories (kcals) each person in the country takes a day
Social factors
Linked to people quality of life ( life expectancy, health and education)
Economic factors
Linked to money (wealth) and how it’s generated
Human development index (HDI)
Best way of measuring because it looks at life expectancy, literacy and GDP (wealth). each country is given a score between 1 and 0 the closer the country is to 1 the more development uk=0.86
