The five dimensions abbreviated as OCEAN
O- Openness
C- Conscientiousness
E- Extraversion
A- Agreeableness
N- Neuroticism
it is being Open to new things and prefer variety versus those who seek more
comfort and familiarity. People who love to step out of their comfort zone.

They are adventurous, imaginative, original and liberal as opposed to conventional, conservative, and obediently following a routine.

Describes the extent to which people are orderly, controlled, organized, ambitious, achievement-focused and self-disciplined.
Conscientiousness
It describes a person’s ability to be rule-bounded, hardworking, and persevering.

This is in contrast to someone who is messy, aimless, disorganized, and lazy.

It refers to the degree of organization, persistence, control, and motivation in goal-directed behavior.

They tend to be affectionate, jovial, talkative, and fun-loving.

Relates to people who are good-natured, trusting, generous, and lenient.
It is not applicable to people who are stingy, ruthless, suspicious, or are natural antagonists.

Described as softhearted, trusting, generous, acquiescent, lenient, and good-natured.
Interactions range from being compassionate to being
tough-minded

This trait can explain those who are always anxious,
emotional, vulnerable, and self-conscious.

People tend to be vulnerable to stress-related disorders.
