Tahitian Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee
Tahitian vanilla bean custard (egg yolk, sugar, vanilla beans, vanilla extract, corn starch & whole milk), coasted with caramelized sugar in the raw, topped with a chocolate fleur de sel cookie (coca powder, all purpose flour, butter sea salt, chocolate chips, baking powder, vanilla extract) and seasonal berries (raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry & gooseberry).
The Winery Cheesecake
Graham cracker crust (graham crackers and butter).
Whipped cream cheese, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla bean extract, sugar, zinfandel reduction swirl, with chambord and mixed berry coulis, griottine (brandied cherry), topped with creme fraiche and seasonal berries (raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, gooseberry).
Garnished with fresh mint and powder sugar.
Chocolate Decadence
As assorted trio if callebaut chocolate. Contains unsalted butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, chocolate, flour, chocolate chips, manufacturing cream, vanilla extract, beery coulis, seasonal berries & powdered sugar.
Fresh Seasonal Fruit & Almond Cobbler
Almond crumb topped (brown sugar, butter, almond flour, flour, cinnamon, vanilla extract), topped off with a scoop of tahitian vanilla bean ice cream, mint leaf, powdered sugar.
Apple Cobbler filling: sliced apples, brown sugar, unsalted butter, cinnamon, mixed berries.
Peach cobbler filling: sliced peaches, brown sugar, unsalted butter, cinnamon, mixed berries
Ice Cream and Sorbet
Two scoops of assorted seasonal flavors of ice cream or sorbet. Served with a fleur de sel cookie and garnished with fresh seasonal berries, powdered sugar and mint.
Ie. Blackberry cabernet, mango black pepper, strawberry, raspberry, chocolate chip, banana, peach apricot.
S’mores Bread Pudding
Cup-sized brulee based brioche bread, chocolate chips, mocha anglaise, topped with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, torched marshmallows and chocolate sauce.
Apple Strudel
Caramelized, sliced granny smith apples, chopped pecans, vanilla bean, golden raisins, lemon and orange zest, wrapped in butter filo dough, creating a strudel, served with a scoop if burnt sugar ice cream, seasonal berries and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
