On flexors (elbow crease) or extensors (knees)
What is a dermatome rash?
In one nerve distribution
What is a photosensitive rash?
One that gets worse with sunlight
What is a discrete rash/lesion?
Individual
What is a confluent rash/lesion?
Individual lesions coming together
What is a linear rash/lesion?
In a line
What is an annular rash/lesion?
Like a ring or circle
What is a discoid rash/lesion?
Coin shaped
What is a target rash/lesion?
concentric rings
Target - erythema multiforme
Bullseye - erythema migrans
What is an erythematous rash/lesion?
Red
What is hyper/hypo/depigmentaton?
Darker, paler, white
