Rash in lyme disease

Flat, non painful rash of red rings with creeping borders, seen in rheumatic fever

Treatment of choice for staphylococcal scalded skin
Flucloxacillin
Presents with painless blisters at sites of friction
Epidermolysis bullosa simplex
Presents at birth with widespread blistering and areas of missing skin
Dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa
Associated with SJS
Sulphonamides

Treatment for cradle cap
Steroid and antiseptic cream

Salmon pink rash which varies in intensity with the temperature, can be accompanied with hepatosplenomegaly/lymphadenopathy
