widespread tear drop scaly papules on trunk and limbs

what is a nodule?
elevated, solid, palpable lesion > 1 cm usually located primarily in the dermis and subcutis (deeper layers of the skin)
(papule is <1cm)

acral lentigous
where is the most common site of necrotising fascitis?

areas not ass with sun exposure (soles of feet and palms, nails)
